Enjoy the beauty of our magnificent countryside. Visit a coconut plantation and watch the amazing skills of de-husking a coconut the traditional way (a machete and a “jimador”).Learn about the various products locals obtain from coconut (milk, oil, soap, shampoo, etc.); all done in an elaborate and organic way.

Next stop: A family-run brick and tile factory to see the process and hard work of making bricks and red roof tiles the old fashioned way. Then, get ready to enjoy a tasty lunch in Barra de Potosí! A small fisherman village with great biodiversity, it´s lagoon holds over 100 wild bird species. Delight yourself with the outstanding view of the Pacific Ocean, or take an optional boat tour in the lagoon.
