A Zihua Blend: Here & There

So, you want to go on a land excursion, but you cannot decide: Countryside or City tour?

But, wait! Why not try a blend of both?

Working backwards from a historical standpoint, we will start out in the more modern Ixtapa; taking a few postcard-perfect panoramic shots of Ixtapa from the lookout point. Then head to Zihuatanejo; once a very small fishing village in a not-so-distant past.

Afterward, off into the beautiful countryside to visit two places that still operate as they have for over a hundred years: a coconut plantation and a brick and tile factory. The Age of Technology may have improved certain things in our area, but red roof tiles and bricks are still made using ancient techniques.

Lunch will be served on Playa Larga, a 15 kilometer long beach. Not a swimming beach, but beautiful for strolling and searching for dolphins surfing the waves!
